• Never completely discharge batteries (avoid deep discharges), as in this case some chargers may not be able to charge them again.
• Always charge fully (do not interrupt charging). If the chair is not going to be used for a long time (more than five days), disconnect it from the power chair after a full charge.
• Charge the batteries at least once a month if the chair is not in use, as they discharge slowly and may be damaged.
• Please consult the information in the user manual for each chair or scooter before using it.
• They cannot be replaced by batteries that are not specific to this type of equipment.
• Always change batteries two at a time and do not store in humid places or at very high or very low temperatures.
• Weather conditions (rain, low or high temperatures, etc.) can affect your equipment, so it is important to protect it as much as possible.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

In case of return, the product must be delivered in the same packaging conditions as when it arrived. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover bumps, scratches or damage caused by improper use of the chair.

The electric wheelchair cannot be returned once the battery has been activated, except in the case of incidents due to manufacturing defects.
