RETURN CONDITIONS
In the event of a return, the product must be returned in the same packaging condition as when it arrived. The standard harness cannot be exchanged for a larger size. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover dents, scratches, or damage caused by improper use of the Hoist.
Electric cranes cannot be returned once the batteries have been activated, except in the case of incidents due to manufacturing defects. Instructions for proper battery use are provided in the Fortuna Crane instructions.
